unbelievable. We have in stock a

European Gem Labs (EGL), and the International Gem
Institute (IGI).
Our
prices and selections are excellent because we buy
from sightholders, and have representatives all over
the world who make exclusive buys for us. This
allows our customers to find a diamond larger than
they had hoped to purchase.

4-Cs
Briefly:
In order to understand quality in loose diamonds,
the 4-Cs need to be addressed.
-
(Not to be confused with the shape)
Oval Round, etc. Cut here is referring to
how well proportioned a diamond is. Cut
too shallow or too deep will enable light to
escape or pass through the diamond. Result, not as brilliant.
A well
proportioned loose diamond manages light more
effectively. Light is reflected from facet
to facet and allows more fire or sparkle.
Color
-
Diamonds are found in a range of colors, it is
the first thing you see. Color ranges are
colorless, white, silver, subtle yellow,
brownish to very yellow. Diamonds can also
be found in fancy colors - pinks, reds, purples,
greens, blues and even black. These are
very rare and are called fancy color diamonds.
Clarity
- Most diamonds contain very tiny natural
birthmarks sometimes referred to as
inclusions. The smaller and fewer
birthmarks the better. If the inclusions
are large, they may interfere with the
reflection of light through the diamond.
Carat
Weight
- The weight of a diamond is measured in
carats. One carat is equal to 100 points,
also a unit of weight. For example, a
diamond weighing 50 points is a half carat
diamond.
We
feel that the only way to buy loose diamonds is
eyeball to eyeball with a reputable jeweler. You can see it and touch it in person.
